In my past life, I was the CEO of a company that provided computer-based integrated electronic security systems to nuclear power plants, and other commercial and government high risk facilities. The firm was international in scope and did work in Spain, Mexico, and Argentina.
The company worked on such projects as the Alternate National Military Command Center (Underground Pentagon), the Shuttle Facilities at Cape Canaveral as well as those at Vandenberg Air Force Base. My experience with these projects has given me a unique point of view in my writing. After retiring and hearing “You should write a book” too many times, I decided to try my hand at “penning” a novel.
I have written several technical articles–most addressing security and access control systems.
THE CASSANDRA CONSPIRACY is my first shot at meeting readers’ expectations. The novel is based on my experience working with the Secret Service at the White House.
I have three other novels in the concept mill. I expect that they will all be e-books and available on Kindle/Amazon.
I am an avid shooter–both of guns and photographs. And my wife and I live north of Baltimore along with two German shepherds, three cats, and one horse.
